Margie at the front desk went out of her way to ensure we had an excellent stay and even helped us book our next trip. The only thing missing is a full service dining option for dinner. If you want something other than a limited menu/bar service meal (or the luau which occurs two times weekly), you have to leave the resort for dinner. "
