"We loved the coffee in the morning and the retro video games you could play. The rooms were very quiet, dark and comfortable. Very close to the main train station so good central location. "

"The hotel was conveniently placed for the Xmas markets and all historical locations. It was quiet, clean and the staff help full. The only faults were breakfast in the ground floor restaurant which was very busy and people were hovering for seats. The 2nd floor one was much more relaxed."

"Everything was wonderful. Beds were comfortable and warm, lots of space in the suite for our family of four. Two bathrooms and wardrobe space. They cleaned our room daily. Highly recommend the buffet. Excellent service all around. "

"Rooms are very large. Comfortable beds. Not convent for public transport, had to walk several blocks to get to a station. The hotel is nice, but not fancy. "

"Fantastic location and value for money. Close to many tourist destinations. Easy walking to Brandenburg Gate and Tiergarten. Slightly longer stroll to shopping areas. Direct train connection to airport and all major parts of Berlin. "

"Overall good hotel but if you pay extra for spa acces and dont get a bathrobe in room and next the stuff at spa tell you that they are also out of bathrobes- its something strange. "

"Review for Expedia: Overall, a great place to stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-located, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. "Lovely hotel close to the train station. I loved the breakfast and sauna room. The sauna room is non-textile so you will have to be nude. We were initally given a twin bed however the reception quickly rectified the situation and gave us a double bed with upgrades. Great service and will definitely come back."

"The hotel was good, bed very comfortable only thing wrong, the restaurant was not open for evening meal and after exploring the Xmas markets it would have been nice to have a meal at night, they did however have a limited bar menu. "

"Rooms were very clean, location in Alexanderplatz was perfect for exploring the city and breakfast buffet was fantastic and staff were very friendly! Overall had a great stay and would return! "
