No problem the receptionist, Sandra, was extremely sympathetic and she gave us great tips on what to see and do during our stay. Sandra knows what customer service is all about."

"Very nice small boutique hotel with an unbelievable morning buffet breakfast (included in room rate). Met Martin (the general manager), when we departed, who has a pleasant personality (hint: a few of the female reception desk staff can learn a thing or two from him!). Loved the reusable aluminum water bottles, but found them difficult to open. Only other thing we noticed was quality of paper products (TP & tissues) were a bit rough. Rooftop bar is pretty chill, but when we tried to eat dinner...

"The included breakfast was really good compared to other similar offerings I’ve seen. There were two types of egg offerings —scrambled egg and/or omelette offered. Additionally, there were sausage patty and/or link—so you had a choice. The whole setup was presented well. Additionally, there was biscuits with sausage gravy."
