"What a colossal hole! It was so rundown and filthy the first thing I did was check for bedbugs. Fingers are crossed that not seeing them means they weren’t sharing my room. Staff was surly at best. I had booked for 4 nights but checked out early after the first. The automated kiosk wouldn’t allow it and when I explained I was checking out early to the man at the desk, he took my key card and threw it across the office. "
