"The hotel was undergoing renovation. Rooms are very small and the bolt on the door was not working (which cannot even be raised when you are a solo traveler). The breakfast staff were a bit rude, for instance trying to have me relocate where I was seated for breakfast because I was close to where the staff were talking to each other. The room was clean and in a convenient location. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and brought me tea when I was under the weather. "

"The room was rather charming but a little less than clean. The fellow who met us was quite nice. On the downside they didn’t restock the coffee and some things were either broken or not working. Also beware of overcharging at the restaurant beside the rooms. "

"The property was centrally located and easily walkable to all the sights. The staff were friendly and helpful. They recommended a restaurant down the street that was out of the more touristy areas and it was our best meal of our trip. Really enjoyed our stay."

"We loved the high ceilings of the room and the design. The beds were not too comfy for our taste and the little shower heads from our room didn’t work, but the main shower head worked so we were able to take a decent shower. The staff was very kind and they told us about many different spots to try around the area. "

"Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"

"Es ist das letzte Haus an der Straße in dem kleinen Ort, also kein Verkehr, nur Ruhe😌. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich👍. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. "We stayed at this very special villa for 6 nights in September. Our host, Guido, was exceptional and we really appreciated his hospitality. We traded maple syrup for olive oil and he invited us to join an evening with his friends and family and made Prosecco/maple syrup cocktails!
