Roberto and Alicia are very helpful and are very respectful for you privacy. The region is perfect for hiking and mountain biking, and the restaurants and shops are not very expensive. Very good communication before we went and property manager on hand if we needed anything during the stay. "We enjoyed a one night stay here. The room was comfortable for my family of 5. We enjoyed the onsite swimming pool. One reason why we stayed here was to be close to Florence. We were rewarded with a straight shot right into the east side of the city in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday night. We lucked out and found parking just outside the city center. Upon our return, we used our room key to reenter the building and our apartment. One thing to note is there is steep hill from the parking area...
