"The whole process of renting and checking in and out was very easy, and the host was also very easy to get in touch and communicate with. The condo was certainly small, but it was perfect for what we were looking for and honestly still pretty comfortable for 5 close friends. The kitchen utensils are a little bare bones, and we ended up making mac and cheese in a frying pan but we made it work! "My wife and I stayed at Emma's place during the Ocean's Calling Festival in 2024. It was great for our needs, and a very good value, especially compared with the prices of other accommodations in the area. The apartment was spacious for the 2 of us; the bed was quite comfortable; all appliances worked fine. We brought bikes to ride to the festival, and having a bike rack at the apartment complex was convenient. I'd definitely stay again"

"My boyfriend and I decided on going to OC for the weekend. I found Carl's place and it looked exactly like the pictures. Carl was a fantastic host. The property was very clean and my boyfriend and I had a very relaxing fun weekend. We loved that there was places to eat in a walking distance and the boardwalk wasn't that far of a drive. The beach was beautiful and not a far walk at all. We plan on coming back again. Thank you Carl for letting us stay at you're 2nd place from home."
