Our AC did go up, but the staff at Vacasa was wonderful to deal with things were repaired and a very reasonable time. However, the downfall of the unit was the kitchen it really needed to be restocked, it was very limited with cooking supplies. However, there was enough silverware for an army and the bed linens. "Great place to stay! Very capacious, and kitchen was well equipped. Owner was very quick to respond about a quick question. Vacasa is the worst. Tried online chat 4 different times. No one responded. Tried text. Took them 7 hours to reply, and they replied at midnight. Super frustrating, and I eventually had to troubleshoot the issue myself. I unfortunately wouldn’t stay here again unless a new management company came in."

"Our family decided to spend Thanksgiving in Bethany this year and needed a place for a couple of days that would accommodate 5 adults and a dog. The place was very comfortable and dog friendly while also including linens so that we didn't have to worry about packing sheets and towels for a short stay. The neighborhood was beautiful and the location was great for walking the dog."

The bathrooms were very outdated and the master is not accommodating to anyone over 5 ft tall or for bathing a toddler.
