The kitchen had no extras - no coffee pods, tea bags, cutlery or plates - not much use for somewhere claiming to be an aparthotel. Or is this normal? Staff were friendly and helpful. "We were happy with the space and the convenience of the location. It was just in a very, very noisy neighborhood. "

"The property is brand new so some listed amenities like laundry weren’t installed yet. Having a kitchen and 3 grocery stores near by, transportation to downtown and a bike rental station nearby was great. We rode the bikes every day through the English Garden into the city. It was a quick, easy inexpensive way to get around. Rooms were on the warm side and I couldn’t find a source of air so open window a lot but not child safe. "

"Good for one night, but don't recommend any longer. The kitchen was not equipped with all of the basics, including enough cutlery. The tap sprayed everywhere making a mess every time we used the sink. Despite there being a fold-out table, there was little room to use it as well as no chairs.
