"From the rum punch that greeted us at check-in to the spacious taxi that was booked for us upon departure, the service and the staff were white glove all the way. Our deluxe King room with the full kitchen, living area, balcony and ocean view was huge. We loved the combination lock door access from the balcony so we could leave our sandy shoes outside. The bath products were all Bvlgari and smelled amazing. A shout out to Larry and Mark at the towel station by the beach; Reshawn and Abyl at Jo-Jo’s bar. The beach umbrellas and cabanas are set up early so I was able to secure prime sunning real estate for my daughter and shade for me. My only complaint is I felt the buffet was way, way over priced. I literally thought I heard the young lady say $15.99 and was shocked it was actually $59. The first night’s check was $176 for two people with one virgin daiquiri and one margarita. It was kissing $200 with the tip. We dined elsewhere every night after that. Breakfast was reasonable as hotel prices go. The lunch fare is too basic and more and better options need to be available. I feel cooks work in the kitchen vs chefs. The $10 daily taxi to the grocery store is convenient, so we bought breakfast food, but I really think it should be a free shuttle. I would definitely book this hotel again. "

"The food was surprisingly delicious for resort food. Ordered room service every day. Particularly the chicken soup! Complimentary breakfast was above the standard free breakfast that’s normally offered at resorts like this.Staff was friendly and the beach is better than the photos!"

"We had an amazing time at ocean club east. We got a third floor ocean view unit and couldn’t have been happier with it. Beautiful resort, great piece of beach in grace bay and the cabana bar is convenient steps off the beach. "

"It is one of the more reasonably priced properties in a nice area. Walkable distance to restaurants. Across the street from a nice but pricey grocery store that has about everything you need. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful."

"This hotel was incredible! The decor is gorgeous and it literally has everything you could ever want. The beach is quaint and property is more secluded than most other hotels which we liked. Only drawback was being about a 10 minute ride from the main town but they have an hourly shuttle you can take or a quick taxi. Their food/restaurants were great and the complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. While the resort was busy it did not feel crowded and there were always plenty of beach/pool chairs. The staff was beyond accommodating and friendly. My husband and I will definitely come back!"
