"Everything was perfect! Lis and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They treated me like family ❤️ The breakfast was amazing! The views from the rooms and the balconies were amazing even during the rain. The rooms were very clean and tidy. I highly recommend staying there! I will be back many times!! ❤️"

"the houses were looking lovely on the internet and the house itself was clean and well maintained but it is more a hotel of value of 200 /300 reales per night. no more. the bed was cheap and terrible. the sheets were as thin as they could possible be and we didn't feel comfortable when we entered the room and found blood spatters on the wall and curtains. this doesn't fill one with confidence "

"Ótima hospedagem! Em 3 minutos eu estava na rua principal de Paraty e em 10 min andando tranquilamente eu estava na ponta do cais quase dentro do barco. "The hotel was basic in facilities but it was clean and the owners friendly. It is close to the beach so a swim before breakfast is a must. 10 minute walk to the historical part of Paraty where there are many good restaurants and tasteful shops. "

"The property had a beautiful outlook and was nicely decorated with many plants and nice touches such as hammocks and rattan couches to relax in. The pool area was also nice and as you see in the pictures. The room was spacious but basic. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. It was conveniently located to the center of town and to the port where you take boat cruises to the islands. "

"We had an amazing week stay! The house accommodated comfortably 20 adults and 4 children. The gourmet area located by the beach is the high point as we all got together during the day and until late at night. The house staff I don’t have enough words to describe them. Maria, Tânia, Marcos, Gabriel and Fatima Thank you so much for all that was done to accommodate all our needs❤️!!! The only improvement that I can suggest is a dryer, due to the large amount of towels, linen and beach clothes...

"The house was beautiful. Initially it was not easy to find and we had to ask neighbors where the house was located. When we got to the house, the house manager informed us of the daily housekeeping fees which were not listed in our contract which were significantly more money out of pocket. They blamed VRBO for not updating the house description. The home did not have complimentary soaps or shampoo as stated. The patio area and stairs were not cleaned.
