Ótimo lugar para descansar

Gostei muito do local. Fiz a reserva com meia pensão. A comida estava muito boa, variedade no café da manhã e janta. Bom para criança. Tem piscina do hotel, clube e a natural, bem como a praia que é reservada. Super indico! I prédio é um pouco antigo, mas o quarto estava limpo. Tem van que leva a praia, se quiser ir de carro, tem que ir cedo pq tem poucas vagas.

Confesso que fui com receio, por ter ido ao google verificar as avaliações. Chegando lá, tudo conforme o esperado. As pessoas que criticaram, devem ter tido seus motivos, mas pra mim foi tudo otimo. Jantar e café da manha bem servidos, atendimento dos funcionários dentro do esperado também! Banho ótimo. Única coisa que me frustrei foi que o spa tudo é pago, mas ok. Tudo certo! Praia otima, piscina natural muito boa. Restaurante da praia bem cheio, comida saiu rapidinho mas tinha bastante gente e poucos funcionários, mas eles deram conta de tudo, dica: peçam o gurjão de peixe, muito bom. Amei e irei novamente.

O hotel é antigo, falta manutenção. A piscina externa é bem.fraca, a praia é longe, tem que pegar a van do hotel que so sai de 30 em 30 minutos... nao é um.lugar pratico.

Bom mas pode melhorar

Gostei da estadia mas gostaria de pontuar alguns pontos que considero importantes para a melhoria do hotel: Teto do quarto com mofo, elevadores nao funcionam principalmente no horario das refeições, sempre 1 fica parado, tendo somente 1 para todos, cardapio do jantar poderia ter mais variedades.

Pontos positivos: Fomos bem recepcionados no hotel, todos os atendentes muito cordiais e solícitos. Existe uma van que leva os hóspedes do hotel até a praia, com horários determinados, facilitando o deslocamento e comodidade. Temos acesso ao clube que tem uma piscina maior que a do hotel, salão de jogos, sauna Pontos negativos: ficamos no quarto 317 do prédio principal e o ralo do chuveiro estava entupido. Não há espelho no quarto, somente no banheiro. Então enquanto uma pessoa toma banho, não é possivel a outra se ver no espelho e se arrumar. Não há lixo no quarto, somente no banheiro. A academia do prédio só abre as 10 horas, sendo extremamente tarde para quem gosta de se exercitar pela manhã.

Precisa melhorar em tudo.

Fiz o check-in e ao chegar ao bloco Normandie, tive que subir 3 andares de escada, porque o elevador estava parado, e ao chegar ao quarto, o mesmo estava desarrumado, ou seja, não teve limpeza entre um hóspede e outro, tive que descer os 3 andares e voltar para a recepção. Trata-se de um complexo enorme, onde eu fiquei e a recepção, tem uma curta caminhada com uma pequena ladeira. O café da manhã é bom, eles tem van para levar a praia privativa do hotel. Eles possuem um restaurante e um quiosque na praia, mas para comprar bebidas, você precisa ir até eles, e pegar, eles não possuem garçom para servir os frequentadores da praia, o cliente faz serviço de garçom. O clube é bom, à piscina é grande. O hotel precisa fazer melhorias no hotel, o ar condicionado pinga entre um andar e outro e faz barulho de pinga pinga a noite inteira, chuveiro elétrico, banheiro muito pequeno, se tiver algum hóspede que esteja acima do peso, terá dificuldades com o banheiro. A cama faz barulho e travesseiro ruim. O hotel precisa melhorar a administração com a máxima urgência, só consegui entrar no quarto depois de quase 1h após o check-in, isso foi uma situação muito desagradável, nunca passei por isso. Eu não voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.
