"Unfortunately the property was not presented well: dirty and greasy cooking equipment, dust and hair on the floors. There was also a pungent smell of vermin (dead or alive?) that meant that it was not a pleasant stay given the price we paid for it. Further, there was one scourer pad and no other cleaning cloths or brushes for doing dishes or wiping benches, which makes it difficult to get and keep things clean. I think given the poor kitchen set up, it may be good to include a BBQ out the back...

"Family Christmas in Melbourne. Travelled from Brisbane with our greyhound. The house is very dog friendly and close off leash park at the MCG. The house is in a fantastic location, walking distance to MCG and easy access to Melbourne city centre. The house is very comfortable, with everything that you need for a family holiday. Great communication with Josh and his family, off street parking is a bonus. Would highly recommend this house for a holiday in Melbourne."

"Loved this hotel suite - very spacious, clean, modern, new and luxurious with stove top, good size fridge & the cutest small dishwasher and all the necessary kitchen items. So love all the tiled floors, no carpet so much cleaner this way. There were only small size toiletries in the room but reception was always very responsive to requests for more when needed. There’s also a great gym and location is good walking distance to the CBD and cafes even closer. Will definitely come back or look at...
