On arrival, the lockbox didn't work which caused our young family fresh from a long flight to have to wait out in the cold while we figured out how to get into the house. We discovered that the 6th bedroom of this property is actually a dining room with a bed in it, and a curtain separating it from the living room. "It was nice overall. There are two other tiny homes either side and although not directly on top of each other kind of spoilts the beauty. Driving through the owners properly as well was a little offputting."

"I arrived late after dark and the destination / address listed was not where my confirmation said - despite a new GPS in a new Ford Ranger then google maps on my phone - I simply could not find the place. Signage needs to be improved off the main road- I actually can’t say if the place actually exists! I wouldn’t mind a refund or a credit to stay another time. I had to drive 40 Km away to get into a motel to get to my son at Puckapunyal the next day for a March out. Really disappointed 😢"
