"Check in / front desk staff are fantastic. That said with a dog we were placed in an empty building on the first floor with guests upstairs. The ceiling snaps and pops loudly with every movement upstairs. This keeps us annoyed / awake and causes our dog to bark. Premier property with the above, carpet from years ago, house keeping cleaning next door placed all of the bedding from the room next door on the ground in front of our door, room has a noisy brick bed, plastic disposable glasses like the cheapest of hotels, tiny TV with cables loosly running down the wall, holes in the wall from past art or ?, room was 55 degrees when we arrived, it took the evening to get it up to 71. Not pleased at all. If it wasnt a 5 hour drive we would leave and go home"

The restaurants served delicious meals, the pool was a hit with everyone, and the service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and thoughtful in every way. We can’t recommend this hotel enough, especially the treehouse experience. It’s a one-of-a-kind stay that will leave you with cherished memories.
