"Great try at moderation,feel flat on actual experience.. hotel was a bit unkept at doorway. A older look to lobby, hotel room door was extremely hard to open and close. There were stains and pulling on pull out couch. Room colors were dark, lighting too intense. Bath towels were worn,thin,one had 3 small wear holes. Super scratchy. The room was a suite,set up well. Bedroom closet door was gone. Bathroom makeup mirror did not work. Wall paper has been ripped off in bathroom. Every area has...

"Close to clam pass beach "

"Overall good experience. The pool areas were fantastic! Dining was good. Boardwalk to the beach was wonderful. However, rooms are a little dated. Carpet old, not enough outlets. Drainage was terrible.. shower & tub drained extremely slow, so much we basically stood in our own dirt while showering. When we used the sinks, the toilets would bubble. "
