"Cozy house with all the gadgets needed for a great stay with a group. We had 6 adults and 6 kids which we piled into one room with the bunk beds. 2 kids fitting on the bottom beds as they are bigger. The bunks could do with an oil as they were quite squeaky but other than that an overall good stay. Thanks!"

"A friend and I stayed here for a ski trip and really enjoyed it. It's a great location, a very short drive from the town centre with view to the mountains on a good day. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a full day of skiing and the games room is a nice touch. "

"The accommodation was as advertised. No unpleasant surprises. Wood fire kept the house cozy. We were there late autumn, it would have been a great addition to have a wall heater in the bathroom which was outside on the back porch. Otherwise I would recommend a stay for those who can tolerant Taranaki temperatures. The easy close walk to the Whangamomona Hotel was the icing on the cake."

"Great location and house was lovely and spacious. Great fire place and great to have a drying room after skiing so hang up all our wet gear. Also great that there were some pantry staples that we could use after forgetting sugar and flour. Only comment - needs tea towels. They ask that all dishes are dried and put away but supply no tea towels to do so. Overall - great stay! We all loved it."

"Great Communication There were 18 of us so well worth it for the price of just a little over $20 a night each. Fireplace is awesome but down it the bathroom was very cold! If you like the basics then you will be fine. Be prepared to give it a little bit of a clean wipe down when you arrive as there was evidence of rodents. Other then that great place."
