"Came the 5th may Had my 5 year old Daughter very safe for her but the POOLS were FREEZING did not want to spend a lot of time in the pool at this time of year which is a shame cause all a child wants to do is play about in a pool Also didn’t think there was a lot going on for kiddies through the day no kinda Kids club "

"The rooms are very big. The cimplex is HUGE. I was looking forward to a swim in the indoor pool, as advertised. But there isnt a swimming pool. There is an enormous thermal mineral spa (1000m) on site that people travel here to use. The hotel charge €37 to go in. But on a saturday you have to pre book and it was full. Also, the hotel website advertise a room, including dinner and entry to the thermal spa for same as we paid via expedia, for just a room!!!"

"Our Check-in was a bit stressful upon arrival because there are two complexes in the facilities and we were bumped into the alternate building. The room we were assigned was considered an upgrade facing the ocean but was quite small in size, Upon entry we immediately checked to see and found that the AC did not work and the fridge was on the blink. "We enjoyed our three day stay. The hotel hosted evening activities for kids which was a plus. The unlimited access to Port Aventura was also nice since you can step out of premises to eat at your hotel or in town (25 min walk) by the beach. Overall, great place and experience that I would repeat. "

"Great week long stay, there’s multiple pools and plenty of sun beds available at any time during the day. Unfortunately we had rain a few days but we were able to utilise the spa which includes a heated indoor pool with sauna and steam room. Only booked for breakfast included so can’t comment on other meals but the food was good and convenient but still the typical breakfast buffet. "Stayed 3 nights. Had 2 double beds pushed together so plenty of room! Great shower! Very clean room and bathroom. Rooms overlooking pool had sun on them all day. Rooms overlooking road were shady most of the day. Only criticism was our air con although working didnt throw out cold air. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Doors opened to pool area so towels werent on sunbeds at 6am. Still had the problem of people laying towels out and disappearing for the day. Good entertainment throughout day...
