"Reception staff were better than most and helpful with orientation to the area. They left the wine bar open a little later which accomodated a slight delay in my arrival. Area has a number of good restaurants towards the ocean and the beach is lovely. The open plain behind the hotel let's you take in the environment and northerly views of LA. Breakfast station was being set up as I left at 6:30am, but coffee was already out for early departures. Very nice stay. "

"I stayed two nights and would stay again. It is a nice BnB; Pat is super friendly and helpful. Broadway is a fairly busy street, so it’s best to close windows at night for noise. But once I did that it was totally quiet enough. I stayed in mid October and was quite fine not having air conditioning. "We have stayed at over 20 different properties through both VRBO and ARBNB and this location is the best appointed property we have been to. The unit is beautifully decorated with a lot of style. It was refreshing to have high end appliances and accessories in the Kitchen. I would highly recommend a stay here as you visit the LA area. "

"Overall impression of the apartment and location was positive. Close to grocery stores, food is walkable nearby, and it was great to have parking. Directions to and thru the parking garage by the host was spot on. Enjoyed the pool 2 evenings after long walking days of LA tourists. Very easy access to highways. My 4 star rating is based on the fact that the apartment was sparsely furnished. 1 mostly uncomfortable couch, and a table with 4 chairs and that is it for seating. Would be well...

"Very easy process and a fun little get away if you want something different than the hotels. Great location for walking to restaurants & shopping. Great views too! Boat is a bit dated and could use a little TLC in some areas but affordable for staying on a boat. Nothing that would keep me from coming back. Having the breakfast basket was great and yummy! There were 4 adults and very comfortable."

"I can’t recommend this place enough. Even better than we expected. Really well appointed with everything you need for a longer stay. We cooked dinner and prepared breakfast but could easily have walked to so many cafe and restaurant options around us. Supermarkets around the corner and a gym and swimming pool nearby. Absolutely great!!"
