"The property was conveniently located, had adequate parking, and the staff was very sweet. I had to revisit the desk twice after receiving my key. Once, because I had my room key too close to my phone so it deactivated the key. The second because unfortunately the room wasn't cleaned yet. The front desk agent was extremely apologetic and got me another room immediately. My room was clean and the bed was amazing! Best sleep I had in weeks! "

"The staff was outstanding. “Best in class” service. The fitness room was not very good. Outdated equipment with treadmills that did not work. The room was clean and quiet. The lobby was wonderful. Parking was great and we enjoyed being across the street from Bella Terra. "

"I’m from Toronto, Canada, and I flew out to Los Angeles to see Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter tour since, unfortunately, she wasn’t performing in Canada. I had to quickly find a place to stay and came across citizenM Los Angeles, which had great reviews on Google, and thank God I booked with them! They absolutely lived up to my expectations and then some. The staff were incredible! They are super friendly, helpful, and professional. My room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a quick but memorable stay. Honestly, 5/5 feels too low. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would choose citizenM ten times over if they operate in any city I’m visiting. Keep up the amazing work, team citizenM!"
