"We choose this location mainly for hiking, locally and Mt Rainier. The property was clean and inviting; a great base station. Plenty of kitchen essentials and the family games are a nice touch. Packwood has a few food/dining options, breweries and a grocery store. Prices at the grocery store were as expected from a remote/local store, and the variety of food selection was good. The hot tub was great after hiking all day, but could use some maintenance. Overall a great stay."

"The property was beautiful. Loved the outside space!! Deer came one morning and my son was able to be outside and observe them. The kids loved the infinity game table. Brand new, great amenities. Appreciated the well stocked house and easy to use kitchen with plenty of space to park our work trucks. Great food options nearby in town and excellent IGA grocery with everything we needed. Made coming home late and leaving early each day easy. Thanks for sharing your space. It’s a great house! "

"My wife and I loved our time here with our newborn son for our 4-year anniversary trip. The cabin worked perfectly for us, close to many hiking trails and natural areas, and was close to town for us to grab any last-second groceries. Bonus pro-tip: there's a short walk through the woods from the cabin that gets you to the river. Gorgeous area. We hope to be back again next year!"
