The staff was the absolute best here, so friendly and welcoming and even upon our departure the lady was so kind! There is coffee and free popcorn in the lobby too! Extremy clean and the large televisions were very nice. The hotel is definitely older, but has been modernized. The beds were comfortable and the room heated up nice after a long day snowboarding. We only had one complaint and that was just the noise from the other room, the walls are very thin, so you hear everything, but it didn't bother us enough to warrant a complaint. We definitely will stay again!!

The town of Packwood has lots of hiking options nearby. Elk are everywhere! The Lodge was clean and simple. Water temperature in the shower was barely warm enough to shower with.
