"The hotel is great, but two thingsade me deduct a star. The wifi speed is laughable, 10mbos in 2025 is just absurd. One of the cleaning ladies was also very rude, the other ones were great though."

"Great location. Shuttle to and from airport. Staff was wonderful. The city mall is attached to the hotel.Walmart across the street for supplies. Pool area was nice with a bar. Would totally recommend for anyone:)"

"An amazing property to stay at if you have a quick 24-36 hour layover in Costa Rica. The staff is polite and attentive, the rooms are incredibly designed to provide a cultural feel with eco sensitivities, and the best part is that the property has about 2-3 hours of hiking available on the grounds Will come back next time I'm flying through SJO"

"We spent one night here before returning home and found the hotel to be very safe and clean. The staff was friendly. It has a nice pool and breakfast included. It was an easy 30 minute drive to the airport. "
