"We loved the spa facilities and the modern room. The cleaning crew did a great job in ensuring the room was clean. However , I didn’t like the smell of the cleaning chemicals in the room. Despite keeping the windows open, the smell still lingered for hours. The breakfast was adequate. "

"Not only the place is so gorgeous, the staff is incredible and will really do everything for you to enjoy your stay in lecce. This place is luxurious and you will be treated in a luxurious way, but they also will provide that top tier service while genuinely enjoying it. They also have great products, both the breakfast and apperitivo were amazing. The only negative thing we saw was a french lady complaining that it took more than a minute to get butter at breakfast which we, as french canadians, found pretty funny. Other than that, our room was so gorgeous. Sure, it was a bit special to have an opening in the wall between the bedroom and the toilet but everything else was great and contributed to great memories of lecce."

"The hotel is gorgeous - Euro chic in a historic building - charming, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Aside from very minor issues related to style trumping function, the only issue to be aware of is a somewhat lower privacy of the bathroom compared to expectations of most North Americans. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff, all of whom we met with were spectacular. The location cannot be topped, and the hotel valet parking system made stating in the no traffic zone a breeze. Believe all the rave reviews - this is the place to stay in Lecce."

"Perfect spot to be. Easy walk to the duomo and to the train station; you can park or get easily picked-up for excursions without the headache of the "no enter zone" for cars. Safe, quiet but really close to restaurants and night life, if you wish so. We will be back, because it's really the perfect spot to stay and our host has been fantastic!
