"Perfect spot to be. Easy walk to the duomo and to the train station; you can park or get easily picked-up for excursions without the headache of the "no enter zone" for cars. Safe, quiet but really close to restaurants and night life, if you wish so. We will be back, because it's really the perfect spot to stay and our host has been fantastic! "First time booking this type of accommodation, turns out it’s a great choice. Returning to this peaceful spot after a day touring is just good for the soul. The rooms are spacious, spotless, great beds with quality bedding, lots of toiletries and a welcome bottle of wine. You will need a car as it’s out of the way, but well worth the drive from Laverano. Breakfast was adequate and a great cup of coffee. Staff are outstanding and room cleaned every day. Cannot go wrong here. We loved our stay."

"This property surpassed my expectations, it is a converted palazzo, my room was spacious and comfortable with an immaculate and modern bathroom. The staff (not 24 hours) were friendly and helpful. A fabulous feature is the roof terrace where a generous breakfast was served (I was there in October and plenty warm to be outside). I booked this not knowing what to expect and was really impressed, I would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend. Fantastic!"

"The best part is the gardens and pool area which is beautiful and well-cared for. It is good for a relax by the pool. It is good for families and couples. You must have a car. But this was not the right venue for us and I should have done more research. "We had five nights at this great hotel in a large well equipped room with a large first floor terrace with table and chairs and sunloungers to catch the evening sun. The pool was lovely with plenty of sun lounges. Several restaurants within a 15 min walk and only 10 mins to Otranto Good breakfast selection. Great value hotel and so pleased we chose to stay there especially with the easy parking"

"Lovely old building close to the centre of town but very quiet. Our room was huge, more like a small apartment with a separate space for a small dining table and fridge. The rooms also have fantastic high domed ceilings which make it feel airy. The room had an older antique feel which was nice. Breakfast was lovely in the garden with some homemade cake as well as the usual offerings. There were just 2 minor things for improvement: - check in is from 2:30 but no one appeared until 2:45 meaning...

Located on the center place of a tiny village in a real “palazzo”, we enjoyed the peacefulness, the charm of the place, the high ceilings of the rooms, the friendly staff and the small swimming pool. But what made it very special for us was the “feeling home atmosphere” because of the ability to sit around in different areas, in the garden, in the communal living room or in a “salon”. Exceptional breakfast as well. We stayed 3 nights and loved it. Would come back. "
