"It was a nice, clean and put together place. We had a driveway to pull our car in. I guess I didn’t realize it was a duplex and the walls are VERY thin. We could hear everything that went on in the upstairs apartment. We understand that there is no control over that but thought it should be noted. "

The house worked very well for us; the five bedrooms with a few extra beds (and crib) accommodated our group, and we appreciated the large living and dining rooms as a place for the adults to gather. Given the weather (it was winter) and our other commitments, we did not get to enjoy the outside areas much but this place worked well for our needs. "

"Home was very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a 2-night stay to visit my son at Olivet Nazarene University. it was within a 5 min drive to his apartment on campus. Centrally located. Will keep this on our list of places to stay again next time we're in town! "

It was the perfect setting for celebrating the Christmas holidays with family: my son and daughter-in-law, their newborn son, my elderly in-laws, and my DIL's parents. Many happy memories were made in this historical house on the river. It was a visit we will never forget!"
