"Staff were helpful and friendly. They gave some good suggestions of things to do. The only thing is they could have water on the second floor instead of in the lobby. The rooms could also have a microwave. I understand they have a restaurant but still a microwave to warm up leftovers or other food is an extra that would would really helped. But overall it's a good hotel!"

"Right by the airport - you can safely and easily walk 5 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel. Considering how close the hotel is to the airport we never heard any planes during our two night stay. All the staff were really helpful including helping us find a bus to get into Christchurch. The bus stop was just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel too. Breakfast was also good with cereals, fruit, various breads, and hot breakfast foods. Will stay at this hotel again!"

"We loved our stay here. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are all so welcoming and helpful. There is a laundry and gym for guests to use. Very close to the casino and an Irish pub. The hotel restaurant was also very good. 10 minute walk to the city centre. Kitchenette in our room was great. We will definitely stay here again!"

"The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The bathroom was particularly well appointed and looked newly renovated. There were new laundry facilities on our floor. The view from our room was disappointing in that it looked out on the wall of the building next door. The hotel was a short walk to the city core."

"Very nice and helpful check-in staff. Clean hotel, very nice room (makeup mirror settings in bathroom!), free parking, and about 15 min drive to town center. Restaurants and gas nearby. Would definitely stay there again. I think you need a car for the location I think."
