"First time we have stayed at this hotel, after a recommendation from our son’s partners parents and was very happy with the stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and interaction with them seemed like no trouble. The room itself was very comfortable and had everything you could have hoped for in a mid priced hotel room, with the bed very comfortable, the bathroom very clean and new feeling. There was tea and coffee making facilities and some complimentary cans of still water and also a fridge, if you needed it. We had the breakfast and there was a great choice of hot and cold buffet food and all regularly topped up so wasn’t waiting too long for anything. Great view from the 13th floor too as could see Anfield and I’m a massive Liverpool fan!! Overall a very pleasant stay, which is great as I am back there next weekend!!"

"I’ll be honest wasn’t expecting a lot! However this hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed at in Liverpool city centre especially for the price. The room was massive, very clean and perfect for my one night in the city. The sound proofing was great I was even in a room overlooking a busy bar! "
