"We initially booked the hotel based on the amazing reviews online and we want to fully endorse everything that has been said about this fantastic hotel. This is a very special place to stay and well worth making the ferry trip to Kalymnos - the staff go the extra mile with everything and clearly really enjoy their job. The junior suite was gorgeous and had so much space! Really modern and clear attention to detail. The breakfast was perfect each morning, likewise with eating in the restaurant....

"We had a last minute trip to kalymnos staying at Alkyonis apartments hosted by the lovely Evi who in spite of flight delays kept well In touch with us by email as well as text message. The warmest welcome greeted us on our arrival and Evi's kindness and helpful manner continued all week. The apartments are perfect for a comfortable stay in a beautiful quiet relaxing area of the island. We have loved staying so much that we are already planning our return next year. The bus stop is opposite the supermarket. Two coves with beaches, are a fifteen minute walk. The owner is friendly and helpful! A handy hint.... Try Marinos Restaurant. We went end June/early July and it was lovely weather, but my wife & I both caught a sickness virus that lasted 24-48 hours & we were told that allegedly there was a sickness virus going around the island. "Small room and bathroom ground level, no balcony but a courtyard to sit in outside the door. We knew the rooms were small and dated before we went so this was not an issue for us. Tea, coffee and fridge in room plus air con you can pay for. We had room only so can’t comment on food ect. Very conveniently placed for the sea and town. No complains would definitely go back for thw money."
