"A bright spacious apartment with a great view. Well equipped with everything you will need. A five minute walk, to possibly the largest supermarket on the island. The bus stop is opposite the supermarket. Two coves with beaches, are a fifteen minute walk. The owner is friendly and helpful! A handy hint.... Try Marinos Restaurant. "I was unable to get taxi service to respond. If I did not know someone in the area I would have been stuck at the hotel. It is not within walking distance to stores or restaurants. It took several hours to get a response from staff and I was never able to access laundry. It was very relaxing, quiet and clean. The property was beautiful. "

Couldn’t have been more wonderful!

"We stayed at Maria’s for one week and absolutely loved our visit. It was the perfect central location for our adventures on the island - a quiet, comfortable oasis away from the tourist bustle. Maria’s place was clean, very comfortable and well-equipped! We had everything we needed and Maria was an excellent host & source of knowledge re: our climbing adventures. We also fell in love with the furry residents. We will 100% stay here when we come back to visit again! Thank you so much for hosting us, Maria!"

"I retuned from this property on 27th September 24, Fotini who owns the property was lovely and very helpful from start to finish. The property was well equipped, clean and beautiful surroundings and well maintained throughout. Value for money for definite, and will be returning for sure very soon. "

"We had a last minute trip to kalymnos staying at Alkyonis apartments hosted by the lovely Evi who in spite of flight delays kept well In touch with us by email as well as text message. The warmest welcome greeted us on our arrival and Evi's kindness and helpful manner continued all week. The apartments are perfect for a comfortable stay in a beautiful quiet relaxing area of the island. We have loved staying so much that we are already planning our return next year. Thankyou Evi for everything x"

"We initially booked the hotel based on the amazing reviews online and we want to fully endorse everything that has been said about this fantastic hotel. This is a very special place to stay and well worth making the ferry trip to Kalymnos - the staff go the extra mile with everything and clearly really enjoy their job. The junior suite was gorgeous and had so much space! Really modern and clear attention to detail. The breakfast was perfect each morning, likewise with eating in the restaurant. Also providing regular free water whilst at the pool was so refreshing and it was the little touches which mark this hotel and their staff as very special. Thank you to everyone at kantouni beach - we really hope to be back next year and will be recommending to all friends and family ! Ps make sure to try the cocktails - especially the Tropical ! "

"On an island full of amazing views, you would be hard pressed to find a better one than the view from this apartment. It’s very spacious and fit all of our needs as a group of 3 climbers."
