"The property called after 9pm to make sure we’d still be arriving since we needed a late check in - really appreciated this! Checkin was quick and friendly in our bedraggled state. They even offered to get a nightcap from the bar still if we wanted it. The whole facility was clean, bright and well appointed. Five stars for the fantastic water pressure and shower head that I could actually wash my hair! (It’s not common to get a good hair wash while at a hotel! Haha) Not to mention that the manager saw our cooler and offered to top off the ice for us before we departed. Which I was so thankful for! Breakfast was sufficient and balanced with protein and treats for the kids. Overall never disappointed with Hyatts, and this one kept the bar set high! "
