"While the representative was initially communicative before our stay when it came to the stay we never received any check-in instructions. We went to the apartment anyway. the building is locked but there is a doorbell for the representative. We tried but no answer. We came back a half an hour later and tried again, but still no answer. We could not just stand in front of the building with our luggage, so we left."

"The stuff was the best in this hotel. Very close to nice restaurants and nice walk to and back to the metro, greenery around makes this neighborhood nice. Bed not the most comfortable, but fine for short time. Good that there is shade that you can close down and then no noise or light goes in the room. "

"The receptionist (male) is rude and paranoid. I called the police on him because he refused to give me a receipt and he was harassing me from the time I checked in. He was psychologically harassing me and was threatening to kick me out because he did not likely question about the neighborhood if it's safe or not. I was appalled and traumatized by his attitude. I filed a police report for harassment and refusal to issue a receipt. Racist and inhospitable service. Will not recommend to anyone....
