"I’d I could give this a hotel a 20/10 I would. Everything about it is exquisite. The staff and service are impeccable-everyone remembers your name. The property is absolutely incredible and they do free nightly hotel tours where they teach you about the history of the hotel and panama and the canal and then there is a folkloric dance and candle lighting. View from pool and most areas of the hotel breathtaking. Room was nicely cleaned each day. Masi Restaurant service rather slow, if it wasn’t for our server Jayck it would have been a lot worse. "I stayed here for a week in 2023, so-so experience. I felt the property had improved a great deal. Breakfast buffet is quite excellent with a wide variety of offerings. The small workout work had improved in the quality of its equipment. I liked that an early check (5 hours) cost me only $35. Definitely will stay here next time. Maid service was excellent."
