"We had a 1 bedroom reservation. I didnt know they had stairs in the room. It really sux for a older couple. Our room was very clean. I never saw any bugs at all in our room. Bed was great. Appliances in room need updated, ice maker didnt work, toilet leaked at bottom, stove front eye didnt work and dryer would not stop to get clothes out."

"Only downfall was the only one elevator worked. Memorial Day weekend. And 15 floors. Was very hard to ever get on the elevator luckily we stayed on the 4th floor and the stairs were very useful"

"The room is outdated with no storage and is very hard to move around in. The bathroom was very small. There was no storage for clothes. The air conditioning unit did not work and we had to use a window air conditioner. Wallpaper was torn, no curtains to cover the blinds. The TV remote didn’t work. "
