"This house is spacious and adorable! So cozy and everything was there that we could have possibly needed! We were in town for 2 nights to visit family who have been at UAB Peds being treated for many months. This was our first time in Birmingham and what a lovely city! Very walkable and I loved the location of the house. We didn't make it to The Garage, but what a popular spot! The cones on the road worked perfectly to save our parking spot. Will rent again if ever in the area. "

"We had 4 generations staying for a long weekend for a family wedding. Much better option than hotel rooms with an infant,toddler and a pet traveling with us. We had no problems while we were there, but the hosts did reach several times to make sure we had everything we needed. We had enough space for everyone , and although the converted garage worked well for us, the floors above are very squeaky. "

"This was an exceptional place! It was truly a unique and creative space that enhanced our time spent with friends. Very roomy and spacious for seven adults and could have accommodated more. Thank you for creating something special to be enjoyed by others. We had a great time and appreciate everything. "

"The home was what we needed for our group of 7 guys golfing around Birmingham for a few days. Communication was very prompt and Clint was responsive to keypad code issue and other questions. Only issue was the inconsistent wifi that never got truly figured out, but the owners did send someone out to try for a fix"

"We truly enjoyed the home and our visit. It had all the amenities that we needed. It was cozy and the neighborhood was quiet. One suggestion, there needs to be mote lighting out front. It was too dark. We would definitely come back though."

"Our company placed a family (client) here while their home was being repaired due to an insurance claim. The family was very happy with the home, it's location, and the host. Being able to stay in this home help alleviate some of the stresses they were dealing with after their was damaged. Karen was an excellent host. She communicated quickly and clearly. This made the stay even better. We highly recommend Karen as a host and her beautiful home for your next get away."

"In town for Dr appointment. Great stay. Good location. Nicely appointed. Old neighborhood, but quiet - except occassional barking dog and traffic on main road a few blocks away. Typical for most neighborhoods. Will definitely stay again."

"The loft was so convenient for us going back and forth to the Alabama Theater(literally right across the street). The accommodations were outstanding. It is beautiful with comfy beds and everything you need. We appreciated the snacks and water left for us along with the array of k cup supplies. The host was so accommodating to our needs. We loved having a parking garage for our car. I would definitely book again when coming to town and highly recommend it. "

"Quiet neighborhood...a little apprehensive at first. But quiet neighborhood other than occasional sirens and trains, but no problem...its a big city. We would stay again. Bring your own grill if you want that. Couldnt get TV to work."

"The house was clean and updated. We were a little concerned about the area, but we had no problems. The hosts were very prompt when communicating. Overall a great stay! I would come back there if I ever came back to Birmingham."
