"The home was serviceable for our short stay. However the pictures and descriptions are somewhat misleading. Many doors don’t function properly and/or need the latches replaced. Lightbulbs were missing, bathrooms show signs of water damage and the unit is generally in poor condition. The management was communicative and check in/out was seamless the home is in a good location relative to restaurants, the airport and UAB."

"This is a really nice home: very clean, good parking, easy access, good management.Just one issue was the shower situation. They really only worked when there was a limited amount of water being used in the home. Showers had to be planned with all occupants and then they were fine.We were very happy here for a week. Beds were excellent. "

"Parking spot could use some re-paving or leveling out very lumpy and bumpy. I noticed the other designated spots were flatter and much more leveled. The parking is kind of tight but manageable BUT there was a vehicle parked about 15 ft (not in a designated spot) and made very difficult for me to pull in/out my spot with my suv. There are curtains and blinds everywhere except the back door ( which is the main entrance) and the kitchen so window coverings there would be nice …. Overall the place...

"We had a wonderful experience in this rental over Thanksgiving! It is a great space for a family with children! Hosts were extremely responsive and willing to help in any way! Will rent again! "

"We had major plumbing issues shortly after we arrived on Friday, 1 person used the shower and it backed up into the toilets, we couldn’t flush the toilets and had to use a store’s bathroom for bowel movements. We had 10 of us. It was obviously an ongoing problem because there were signs in both bathrooms saying not to flush anything but toilet paper. I am angry because it took 3 phone calls and several text messages to get a plumber in on Saturday at 10:30. The main line kept telling us someone...

"I can't say enough how this host made it so easy for us to enjoy this property. The place is extremely clean, open and bright. While the neighborhood is in transition the attention to detail and security were very much appreciated. The location was key for us and centrally located. Hardwood floors and big open windows made the place inviting. We hope to stay here again next year if possible. I would give the host 10 stars if I could for their curtesy and professionalism."

"This home is not what the pictures showed. The pictures were photoshopped. We walked in to a smell of mold and just nastiness. The bathroom sink was stopped up with nasty water standing in the sink that would not go down. Refrigerator went out. So all groceries we bought ruined. There were 3 bags of trash at the back door with flies all over them. There was glass all around the border of the outside of the house. The mattress was on the floor. The pictures showed a desk that I could use for work...
