Given the challenges of parking in downtown Birmingham, opting for the hotel's valet service proved worthwhile. My room's cleanliness and amenities were consistently maintained thanks to Angie from housekeeping. Throughout my stay, Rere and Charlea provided friendly assistance around the clock. Although I only visited the bar/restaurant once, the attendant's warm hospitality left a lasting impression. My stay was 3 due to a family emergency but I enjoyed the stay so much, I booked an additional night to just relax. "

"People should know before their stay, there will be a $50 charge upon check in for “incidentals”. They say it will be returned to the card used on check in. When we left NOTHING was said of the money being returned. Where’s my money?"
