We filled the Hot tub on day 1 and after that used it most days (we added a quarter of a pool cube to keep the waster clean). The house was super clean when we arrived. Filipa would respond right away and even gave beach suggestions, down to the taxi information etc. The location is somewhat remote but a 5-7 min drive away from places to eat and the groceries- definitely need a car!
