"Carlos was the most attentive host you could ask for. One evening, he spent about an hour talking with us about the history of Costa Rica. "Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. "
