"Our room was sizeable and comfortable beds. The reception staff were very helpful and accomodating as my husband had hired a mobility scooter and we needed a room close to the lift and to access electric hook up and a safe place to leave it. I did have to request wine glasses and cork screw as the kitchen had limited glasses, but this was solved immediately. Very kind staff. "

"Stayed here for 3 nights all inclusive with a few friends. Plenty of choice of foods at the restaurant and snack bar was frequently replenished during the day. Staff were friendly at all areas of the hotel. A short walk into the Palmanova resort where there was plenty of restaurant choices and a choice of shops. Would return to the hotel with family as the kids club seemed to be quite active and the pool and facilities was suffice to keep everyone entertained. "
