"The photos of this hotel do not do it justice. We were in room 403, with a king and partial ocean view. There was a huge ocean view and a very large balcony that got full sun during the day and two lounge chairs to lay in. There was a a mini fridge, safe, VERY large Closet with a dresser inside. very modern decor with natural drift wood art and lamps, the room was 15 x 18 approximately so very large and spacious. "Weather was gorgeous for our 4 night stay. Property is nice overall, rooms are on the smaller side. Not a lot of space for storing items. Room was clean and maid service was given if asked. The food at the restaurant was surprisingly tasty and fresh. Service both on the beach and restaurant was excellent. Very close to Palm Beach shopping and excellent restaurants. Lovely quiet island! "

"Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious room with a comfortable bed and decent bathroom. Easy access to beach and pool and walkable center of town where the "action" is - bars, restaurants, shops. Shopping center right across the street is very convenient. Here's the downside: The place can use an overhaul. The industrial decor is dated and the hallway carpeting is old. Rooms are also carpeted, which is not a great idea in a beach resort as carpets can get pretty funky in short order. In...

"The property is relatively new, they were still working out some kinks. The service staff were wonderful, they made up for the overpriced food and lack of other dining options. The mandatory $48 valet charge is especially egregious. One should be able to park one’s car oneself and not be forced to pay $48 per night for (unnecessary) valet service. The $50 per night resort fee should be reduced as there’s really not much more than a pool and some board games to keep one occupied."

"Beautiful historical hotel where some rooms have been turned into small condo rentals. The name on the hotel is The Palms which was a bit confusing. Room was very well done as far as decorating, good bed, small table with 2 chairs and small kitchen. Our only problem was the parking which we didn’t understand until it was communicated the day before our stay. There is limited street parking from 5pm to 10am after which you have to move your car or be ticketed. There is a valet service unless it...
