"Eric and Mai's place is charming and very comfortable. The wonderful front balcony with rocking chairs and a nice breeze makes a great spot for morning coffee. It was nice to be able to do laundry, and the apartment was spotless when we arrived. Great, prompt communication. Highly recommend and would stay here again!"

"We had a great time at this spacious townhouse! The location was PERFECT for us, as we had a 3 day event at the convention center. We could walk there in 5 minutes if we got lucky with the traffic lights! Nice kitchen, washer dryer and more than enough room for 3 adults. Very good communication with the host, Susan. We would definitely come back again."

"We are a family with a toddler and grandmother in tow. Jodi’s house had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. My toddler even found some toys and a scouter to play with in the garage! "Lovely house in a overall good location in Delray. Unfortunate that we were not able to control the heating for the pool/hot tub - a reason why we chose the property but the beds were comfy and kitchen was well appointed. "

"The property is in a working-class neighborhood that may give some people pause when navigating to the house, but it was super quiet and we enjoyed the stay. Great back yard. The only areas I can recommend for improvement are: get a new toaster. The one in the unit is broken and a fire hazard; provide dishwasher pellets/powder/liquid; more washcloths/towels; the electronic front door lock is difficult to operate when locking it from the inside. "Good place to stay for quick trip"

"Property was perfect for our family. The heated pool was amazingly warm, the AC kept us cool, and the living space was plenty. The house has everything you need for a family with young kids - pool floats, football/basketball, board games, laundry, and plenty of plates and silverware. My sons especially loved the hanging chair under the tiki hut. Host was available immediately through text when we needed her. Thank you for the great stay!"
