"Everything was fantastic! Buffets were great with a great selection, pool area vibrant with lots of people. If you’re worried about getting chairs, either get up early or they have extras behind the shed on the far side. One of the attendants will get one for you. Food in specialty restaurants was also good. Within walking distance of small shops and bars if you want a retreat from the resort. Only downside was a few days several elevators were not working, but otherwise a great place! Construction next door cannot be heard at the pool."

"This hotel was wonderful beautiful was right in the middle of everything the main part of Aruba I was so sad to leave this paradise and the rooms was beautiful they cleaned it everyday the staff was extremely friendly and helpful Jarod at the front desk let us check in early and let us stay later past checkout time since we had a late flight god bless him I will stay again at this hotel had great experience "

"Wow. Our stay at the ritz was beyond amazing. We stayed for 6 nights and 7 days with our two boys, 5 and 8. We often had the pool to ourselves and it was exceptionally clean. The beach outside the hotel was also exceptionally clean and perfect. Not at all crowded and always tons of chair and umbrella options. Every single staff member was kind, professional, and helpful. We ate lunch at the restaurant every day and sat next to the pool so the boys could swim during lunch. Worth every single penny spent. I will say, if you are looking for kids entertainment and activities, then find a different place. This is a high end place that is intended for luxury and relaxation. "
