"The host was great at communicating. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was incredibly convenient for getting around the city. You felt like you were in the "real" Rome and not surrounded only by other tourists. Shopping was great nearby. It was great having an elevator and washing machine. But the best part was having breakfast on the Terrace every morning.Traveled as a solo woman and felt safe and comfortable in the apartment and the neighborhood. "

"This place was beautiful, quiet, and felt like home even though home was far away. If I ever return to Rome, Boiardo Art House will be the only place I will stay. It was far more comfortable, clean, and restful than anywhere else we stayed. Absolutely lovely"

"Lovely apartment in an ideal location. Walkable to great shopping and iconic places. Lots of restaurants and a cute patisserie almost nextdoor. We stayed over Christmas Eve and were very comfortable. My daughter stayed on the pullout couch and son upstairs in lofted bedroom with my husband and I in the second. Plenty of room and everyone slept well."

"Very friendly hosts with helpful communication and smooth check in process. Great location 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Spacious, secure accommodation with everything you need - although a kettle would be a great addition. Only issue is some damp smells in the apartment. "

"We loved our room. It was in a very safe neighborhood, and very close to several tourist attractions. The whole area is just beautiful. Just be careful to know that you can't drive a rental car here. It is in a restricted area of town called the ZTL."

"We recently stayed at Domus Liberius in Rome and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore all the must-see sights in the city. The highlight of our stay was definitely Jasmine—she was an incredible member of the team, so welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond by assisting us with storing our luggage the following day, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel itself is charming, and the service was impeccable. I would have no hesitation in booking with Domus Liberius again when we return to Rome. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent Stay at The Guardian Hotel, Rome 🇮🇹🍷 I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Guardian Hotel in Rome, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with recommendations and directions. The hotel itself is stylish and modern, with clean, well-appointed rooms that offer a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly😁 One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast buffet, featuring fresh pastries, eggs, fruit, and great coffee—perfect for fueling up before a day of sightseeing. The location was also fantastic—just a short walk to Termini Station, making it easy to reach all the major attractions, yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, The Guardian Hotel offers great value, excellent service, and a fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Rome! "
