"Mixed review: Very nice and helpful staff. There is very little to do in the center of Palenque. If staying again, I would stay at one of the nice hotels on the road out to the ruins. There was only one outlet in the room for all o fly devices. The room was old and definitely not sound proof with windows that let noise in. I could hear everything going on in the main plaza nearby, including the band and military recognition that started at 7 am one morning."

"Hotel is in the main market part of town. Hotel listing states a hair dryer is in the room, but one was not even available to borrow and they wouldn’t provide one. Shower pressure is lower, the first room we were in it dribbled down the back wall only. The shower curtain isn’t long enough so bathroom floor gets wet (no floor towel provided). Bathroom door only opens halfway. Mold on walls. Lumpy mattress/pillows. Blanket was available when requested. Room was mostly quiet. "

"The hotel has a great location, the street around is laid back with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops and super nice to walk in. The hotel is confortable and has amenities as the pool. The hotel food service is great and the staff is amazing! Thank you for every thing."
