I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"This was a great apartment and the location for transportation was perfect. Within a minutes walk you could get a tram to anywhere in the city. The place was quiet, clean and tidy, All the dishes, pots and pans, cutlery and appliances made it easy to prepare a meal. Mariella was attentive, kind and provided us with excellent information on sights to see, trams to take, grocery store location was just around the corner and we can highly recommended El Carnicero for a wonderful meal. "Nausica was a wonderful host. Excellent communication throughout and provided water and breakfast for us. Washing machine, dishwasher with detergent, iron, hairdryer all provided. She warned us about the transport strike (though it didn't seem to affect the metro at all) and provided info about booking taxi to Malpensa, and checked in during our stay to make sure things were going well.
