"A historic building in an historic plaza. It was lovely during the day and quiet at night. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I received clear instructions before arriving on how to find the hotel. Delightful surroundings but not for those with mobility issues. "

"The house sits on a top a of the hill with amazing views of Tuscany. Location-wise it was about 30 mins to Montalpulciano, 50 mins to Sienna and an hour to Perugia. Decent equipped."

"It was a great place to spend our nights in Cortona! The view of the church yard and bells was beautiful. There were only two downfalls for us, one was finding the place as the sign was very small and parking is tough, secondly not enough coffee was put out either morning, so had to ask or search for more."

"Wonderdul historic hotel in a very convenient location just steps from the main square in Cortona. Delightful front desk staff that was very helpful. Enjoyed a great breakfast that had everything from scarmbled eggs to breakfast cakes. We arranged to park our car in their little garage next door at an additional charge. However you need to reserve that in advance and it has just a couple of spaces. Highly recommend this charming hotel."

"I really felt like we were punching above our weight class. The staff was gracious and on top of everything. The food felt like Michellin Star quality and experience. The scenery was breath taking. The wine was even better than that. Such a wonderful place to go."

"This seems to be a converted villa. Beautifully done. The staff is warm and very accommodating. Outstanding, really. Our room was very comfortable. King bed, writing desk, table and chairs for in-room dining. Large, well appointed bath and plenty of closet space. The abundant, expertly prepared breakfast each morning was incredible. There’s a happy hour in the evening with snacks and a cash bar. It’s 5 minutes to the flat street with shops and restaurants. We’ll be visiting them again"

"L’hébergement était fabuleux, le service exceptionnel et les chambres étaient très propres. Merci au serveur le midi qui nous a trouvé quelque chose à manger malgré que la cuisine était fermée. L’établissement est bien situé et vous êtes capable d’avoir une belle vue sur les vignobles. Nous recommandons fortement Borgo Tre Rose."
