Safari Tentalow in Pakistan

"The hotel was the perfect accommodation for our group given that it has all the modern comforts one would expect from a premier hotel chain. All the restaurants provided excellent food at reasonable prices, and all staff we encountered were focused on making our stay feel special. As a group of three cricket fans visiting Rawalpindi for the test match, we wouldn't hesitate in booking the hotel again and can thoroughly recommend it."

"Lovely hotel situated opposite the peaceful Jinnah Garden Park and Lahore Zoo. The food, the service, the cleanliness, the swimming pool, the comfort and facilities of the room and the public areas were all to my satisfaction. There was ample choice at breakfast time. If I can bring two items to the attention of the management. Firstly you need a new toaster in the breakfast area. The one you have is useless!! Also I booked a taxi with your recommended server for 9:30am. It didn’t turn up until 10:30, almost causing me to miss my onward connection. There are 1,000’s of taxis in Lahore, so when paying premium taxi prices one expects a taxi when booked, not an hour later. The excuse that the roads were busy is unsatisfactory- especially as no update or apology was offered on the status of my taxi. This almost ruined my stay at your lovely hotel - the taxi that is, not the toaster!! Otherwise keep up the good work, your staff are wonderful."

"Fabulous stay at the Serena - I can't think of a more secure hotel. Firstly the English and Pakistan cricket team followed by an entourage from the Czech embassy meant security was always incredible tight. Staff were super friendly and the food at each restaurant was very nice. The complimentary mobile phone was also incredibly useful when out and about. Would certainly return if I'm ever back in Islamabad."
