"I have now stayed at Pajaro Dunes 3 times. As usual love the beach and the spaciousness of the unit for a 4 night stay. The only things this time is the property lighting around our Building (Bldg B) was inadequate, including the lighting of the sign for all building. Secondly using the path from the staircase to the edge of the dunes had 2 covered sand-covered steps, that could not be seen but caused one of us to twist their ankle.(maybe a warning sign could have alerted us.) "Very clean and nice property. Perfect for our honeymoon as the location was quiet and peaceful. You can hear and see the ocean from the property. Pans, cutlery, coffee maker, and toaster allowed us to make a wonderful breakfast each morning. Wonderful stay and would definitely come again!"

"Pleasantly surprised as it is obvious the owners are remodeling. Looks way better than the pix on VRBO. Bedrooms are all large. It did not get 5 stars because to get to the property, one should not be handicapped. Lots of stairs to the3 condos ...or a long graduated path up to them.. Inside there is no bathroom on the living level. One has to go down a flight of stairs to use the restrooms in the bathrooms. "

"Overall an awesome experience and a beautiful little house on the dunes! The railings on the stairs were wide enough for our kids to fit through so just a little heads up for parents with small children. Also, the bbq is charcoal so if you plan to grill, be sure to plan accordingly."
