Thoughtful touches like a borrow or swap books area and a bucket & spade library for guests to use in the summer months. Breakfast was very good and freshly prepared to our exact request. There is parking space for 2 vehicles at the front on a first come, first served basis, and free parking in the road during winter months, and a car park accepting coins almost adjacent. The location is close to the seafront (Esplanade), and within easy walking reach of local restaurants etc. "

"I found the hotel perfect for a short stay in Torquay. Only a 10 minute walk to the seafront and free parking just outside the entrance. I had a lovely cooked breakfast every morning with some extra treats. Really friendly place and I'm going back there in the summer. I'm using the hotel as a base to meet my friends who return to Torquay twice a year."
