"Lovely apartment in a good location not too far from the city centre and the shops and bars in Magdalen Road just round the corner are great. We had a few issues with the timing of the heating, the light in bathroom and a bit of uncertainty over parking which we have raised with the host and will hopefully be resolved. Overall these did not spoil our few days here and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Exeter"

Just one issue was the lack of response from the emergancey contact number on the hotels.com confirmation email.....when we could not get in the property, and the key was not in the key safe!.....still waiting for an answer to our call & text.....very poor. We managed to find the key, and text the owners, who replied promptly and were lovely."

"Location was great as it’s only a short walk to the seafront. Apartment is located by a crossroads therefore could be loud when busy as well as people walking past the windows but knew that when we booked it would be Apartment was spacious so fine for us, a family of 5. Had issue with WiFi but they were helpful.
