"There was no sign out on the street to locate the property. The driver could not find even with help of the management. The shower curtain was broken with holes and mold on it. The brackets holding curtain were broken. The toilet had problems flushing or did not flush at all."

"I booked all seven apartments for my wedding party 8 months in advanced since it was the only place in Ravello that could hold a large party. They ended up double booking us in two of the apartments. At first they refunded a fraction of money and offered to “fix it”, but only moved one of the other guests so we hand to cram everyone in and have our guests sleep on pull out couches when we promised them king beds. "This is a great hotel. The location couldn’t be better-it’s literally 1 minute away from the metro station and the train station. Although it is on a crowded block, the window isolation is super - we didn’t hear any street noise. Shower stream and WiFi signal are both very strong. Quite a few good restaurants are in the same neighborhood of the hotel. Staffs are nice and friendly. "

"I really appreciated one staff member. She worked serving meals. She knew English and was so helpful when my husband or I needed help with directions. She knew from day one how we liked our coffee and would serve us when we sat down.Thank you Stefania for making our trip a bit easier."

Beautiful views

"This hotel was beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean and Vesuvius from my room. The only complaint was that I could hear the music from the roof in my room, however it turned off at 10p so it wasn’t too bad. But the view, the quiet away from the main city, and the friendly staff more than made up for it. And the rooftop martinis were superb!"
